According to geographical distribution, it is divided into 3 region : Himalayan, Mountainous and the last one is Terai region. Himalayan region occupies about 15 % of total land area of Nepal, Mountainous region occupies 68 % and low land Terai occupies remaining 17 % land are of Nepal. Nowhere but in Nepal, you can have a pleasant experience of three different types of climate at once.

It has more than 61 ethnic groups and 70 spoken languages and has a population of 26,469,569 people.
